Native Sun Natural Foods Market Hosts FREE Fall Food Festival Nov. 20

Jacksonville’s organic grocer Native Sun Natural Foods Market is hosting a FREE Fall Food Festival on Saturday, November 20. From 12pm – 5pm, both Native Sun locations will have delicious fall dishes, sides and snacks for customers to sample while Native Sun kids can enjoy face painting, crafts and other fun activities. From 5 – 7pm, Native Sun’s Baymeadows location will offer live music and a free all-natural and organic beer, wine and hors d’ oeuvre tasting for customers 21 and older.  These events are free and open to the public.

Attendees can also enter to win great prizes by supporting the grocer’s month-long food drive for City Rescue Mission, Native Sun’s GreenApples Charity of the Month for November 2010. For every non-perishable item donated before or on November 20, customers will receive one ticket to enter in the Fall Festival raffle. Donations will be accepted at both stores and winners will be pulled from each store. City Rescue Mission needs canned fruit and vegetables, condiments, cooking oils, sugar, spices and more. Full needs list available at Native Sun.
